  Absolutely will not be going back here service was rubbish and I was shivering threw out the whole film the hand dryers didnt work the whole place was like a freezer I have never been so cold.so I do not rate this place what so ever

  Turned up last night to see a movie. Went to touchscreen to select seats to see they were £19 each! Absolutely absurd, turned around drove to showcase Dudley and proceeded to watch the same film for £8 each.

  £16 for a ticket. Shocking! And the seats are awful. You cannot rest your head because the height of the back of the seats are so short, they don't reach your shoulders. And the seats don't move at all. It's like sitting on a park bench. Tickets can be cheaper if you go via Meerkats on Tues Weds only but £32 per couple if not. So many better cinemas about.

  I had a one 4 all voucher. It didn’t work at the self service screens, so went to the tills. The server didn’t know how to process it and then a second person came and said we couldn’t use it if paying the difference by card because they can’t accept two cards for one payment and the difference must be paid by cash. Luckily we had cash in the car. But all this delay meant a panic that we would miss the start of the film. Odeon - this process needs improving !! And I paid for premier seats but why are just normal seats And they are not even elevated , just the smallest of slopes so you really don’t want anyone sat in front of you And the screen isn’t even big , I don’t think there has been any update since I last visited over 15 years ago Really disappointed
